This Privacy Policy explains how AIn't Doctor ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aintdoctor.com (the "Site") or otherwise contact us through it. It covers this website only — not the AI systems we build and deploy for clinic clients, which are governed separately by the data processing terms agreed with each client.

What information we collect

Information you give us directly

• Contact details you submit through a contact form, email, or scheduling request (name, email, company, message content).
• Any information you choose to include when describing a project or workflow to us.

Information collected automatically

• Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, approximate location derived from IP) collected via server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
• Cookie data — see the Cookies section below.

We do not knowingly collect health information, financial account details, or other special-category data through this website. If you are a clinic evaluating our services, do not include patient data or other sensitive information in a contact form — use a direct call or a secure channel we provide instead.

How we use information

Cookies

This Site uses a minimal set of cookies. A strictly necessary cookie/local storage entry (to remember your cookie-banner choice) is set automatically and does not require consent. Google Analytics is only loaded and only sets its cookies after you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner — if you choose "Necessary only," Google Analytics does not load at all. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this domain or contacting us; on your next visit the banner will reappear.

Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location derived from IP, and device/browser type, and processes it under Google's own privacy terms. We use this in aggregate to understand how the Site is used — we do not use it to individually identify visitors.

Loading this Site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser contacting Google's servers and sharing your IP address as a normal part of that request, independent of the cookie banner. No Google account data is accessed and no advertising cookie is set by this.

Separately, this Site loads Google Ads conversion tracking (Google tag / gtag.js) on every page load, and this one is not gated by the cookie banner. It sets its own cookie and records when a visitor completes an action we consider a conversion, such as submitting a contact form, so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising. If you would prefer this not run, you can block it using your browser's tracking-protection settings or an ad-blocking extension.

Where your data is stored and processed

This Site is hosted on infrastructure located in Europe. Depending on the tools we use to operate the Site (hosting, email, analytics), data may be processed by sub-processors located in the EU, UK, or the United States, each operating under their own data protection obligations. We take reasonable steps to ensure any such sub-processor provides an adequate level of protection consistent with GDPR requirements (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant).

How long we keep information

Contact-form submissions and related correspondence are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a limited period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized. Technical/server logs are retained for a limited operational period and then rotated out.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This Site is intended for business use by adults evaluating our services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the update.
